New Zealand Rugby (NZR), one of New Zealand’s largest sporting organisations, is looking for a world class leader, with strong project management capability to join our winning team. The role is to support us in effectively implementing the recommendations from the recently released Respect & Responsibility Review.
This is a once in a life time opportunity to be involved in a truly ground-breaking, cultural change project. The recently completed review has outlined over 90 recommendations that NZ Rugby has committed to completing over the short, medium, and long term. This role will have a focus on the short-term actions and will be responsible for driving solid project management fundamentals and to ensure key milestones are met.
Having experience in leading Diversity & Inclusion programs or cultural change in complex organisations, would be advantageous but what will really set you apart is your passion for what NZ Rugby is trying to deliver. This passion will inspire others to drive the cultural change that we are leading.

- The ability to influence across a broad group of stakeholders
- Relationship management skills
- Commercial acumen
- Experience with corporate governance and presenting up to Board level
